A Celebration
On Sunday, November 13th the congregation at Faith PC celebrated Fern Rissmiller's ninety-third birthday. It was truly a "Rissmiller Day." Happily,
Fern was feeling well enough to attend the worship service. Her daughter Lora served as lirurgist and her son Jim, an ordained Presbyterian minister now living in NC, came down to preach for us.
Cake and a round of "Happy Birthday and good wishes began to fly through the air until Fern spoke up saying, "Let's have some cake." What a grand day to be part of the family of Faith.
