"Faith Presbyterian Church is a congregation of the PC(USA) in Canton, Georgia.  The congregation is very active in the community and has a very large heart."

Dr. Charles E. (Chuck) Swann is pastor of Faith Presbyterian and is now serving the church as pastor for the second time. He was its pastor from 1989 until 1998, when he retired from the pulpit. He was asked to return January 1, 2007 when the pulpit became vacant again. He holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi and earned the master of divinity and doctor of sacred theology degrees from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Ga. He has served pastorates in Georgia and Tennessee and was vice president of Union Theological Seminary in Virginia. He and his wife Janell live at Lake Arrowhead, near Waleska.

The pianist at our worship services presently is Pat Zavitz, but we are seeking a full-time pianist.

Pat Zavitz. our organist, comes to Faith with a rich background in choral and instrumental music experience. She has directed choirs in all different types of music. She has been married to John for 43 years. In her spare time, she is an equestrienne.

John Zavitz, our bell choir director, Pat's husband, also is a musician with long experience in music direction. He is leading our bell choir.
